Frequently asked
Questions, answered.
Who Is OVA flame For?
OVA flame is for women who want to nourish their bodies with whole food. Our capsule formulas are made from freeze-dried, grass-fed New Zealand beef organs, and each one is built around a stage or need in a woman’s life — from cycle support, skin, hair and nails, calm and sleep to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and longevity.
Which Formula Is Right For Me?
Start with the stage of life or the area you would like to support. Each product page explains who the formula is made for, what is inside and how to take it. Not sure where to begin? Contact our team and we will help you choose.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, please talk to your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement.
Do I Need All The Formulas?
No. Each formula is made to be taken on its own, so you can choose the one that fits what you are looking for right now. Some women later pair two formulas for a fuller daily ritual.
Can I Take Different Products Together?
Many women pair two OVA flame formulas as part of their daily ritual. Follow the serving directions on each product. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, please speak with your healthcare provider before combining supplements.
How Long Until I Notice A Difference?
Whole-food nutrition works gradually and every body is different. Most women take their capsules daily with a meal and stay consistent for 30–90 days.
Are OVA flame Products Hormone Treatments?
No. OVA flame products are whole-food supplements made from freeze-dried, grass-fed beef organs. They are not hormone therapy or medication, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are managing a hormonal condition, please keep following the advice of your healthcare provider.
What organs are in this formula?
Each formula lists its organ blend under Ingredients on the product page. Our foundational blend combines grass-fed beef liver, heart, kidney, spleen and pancreas from New Zealand — freeze-dried and encapsulated without fillers.
Difference between pouch and bottle?
The capsules inside are the same. The single pouch holds 90 capsules and the double pouch 180 capsules. The premium glass bottle holds 180 capsules and arrives in a magnetic gift box.
